Welcome to Angel In A Box 2019
We hope you will be joining us again this year by sponsoring a gift for a child and becoming an “Angel”! Some of you have been Angels to our children for a couple of years, supporting them with birthday and Christmas gifts. You have helped to put smiles on children's faces and joy in their hearts!
Christmas is always a special time of year, but lets make it a time of generosity a time to give some love! I love this quote from Mother Teresa “ It’s not how much we give but how much love we put into giving” That’s what Active Parties is all about.
Our theme for 2019 is “A Box of Love”, we want your box to be filled with love and “lovely” gifts for Christmas!
For those who don’t know what we do ; we invite you to become an “Angel In A Box”! We are looking for “Angels” to fill a box for Christmas for the children from the Youth and Care Centres we support! The value of the box should be around R400.00. For most Children this will be the only gift they receive for Christmas!
Active Education Foundation has been working hard this year and has grown with lots of love and laughter and happy faces. This year we added a home from Alberton, so took care of over 60 children between 3 – 19 yrs. We helped to provided them with parties and birthday presents during the year, making sure they have a memorable birthday! Now its Christmas time!
Our Christmas Party will be on the 30th November at the Girl Guides Gauteng East club in Benoni. The Girl Guides and Brownies will help to create a fun filled Christmas afternoon for the children.
